Cancellations due to weather conditions:
As we found out last year, mother nature can be very unpredictable!
* The call will be made by 3.30pm on the day, if the skatepark is too wet/unsafe to skate on that day.
* We will notify you by SMS if you've booked online, and a CANCELLATION POST will be made on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
* Any cancelled sessions that were paid for online, can be used the following week.
If for some reason you are unable to attend on the following week, then a refund will be issued via your PayPal account.
To make any cancellations easier, we do ask that you provide a contact mobile number when booking online, so that we can notify you by SMS as soon as the call is made to cancel a session.
